The TBB process includes the following steps: 

1) From voltpadel.com website, go to the product tab and “click” on the “Try befor you buy” button. The link will redirect you to tryit.voltpadel.com TBB website. 

2) Add the product to your cart. 

3) Enter your details. 

4) Enter your credit card details (Visa, Master Card and American Express).

5) You will receive an order confirmation email once you have made the payment.  

6) Before the end of the period of 8 days a payment letter will be sent to proceed with the sale of the item placed in the test model. 

Yes, in many cases, the product will even arrive a day early to optimize the rental period and to make sure you have the product when you need it.  

If you want to cancel the order before the rental period begins 

  1. If you want cancellation up to 8 days before the start of the rental period. In other words, if the rental is scheduled for delivery on the 10th, you can cancel it free of charge up to and including the 3rd and receive a full refund of the amount paid. In order to cancel the rental order, you must inform the customer service department at https://tryit.voltpadel.com/contacto/.
  2. If you want cancellation within 7 days prior to the rental start date. In this case, only 50% of the amount will be refundedTo cancel the rental order, you must inform the customer service department at https://tryit.voltpadel.com/contacto/. 

If you want to cancel within the first 24 hours after receiving the rented product 

  1. Product does not work as it should. In this case, you should contact the support center and indicate: 
  • The order number, your full name and contact details (e.g. cell phone) 
  • A photograph or video of the product 
  • Causes of why it does not work 
  • Address where you want the product to be picked up. We will contact you to pick up the product at the indicated address and send it to the warehouse. There we will perform a quality check of the returned product and, if it is confirmed that the product does not work, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid within 5 days of cancellation. 
  1. The product is not what the customer ordered. (idem)
  2. You decide to cancel the order without a justified reason. In this case, you must inform the Support Center as in the previous case. As long as the cancellation email was sent within 24 hours of receiving the product, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.  

No. You will have to wait until the end of the rental period and no refund will be made.

The logistic partner will pick up the package at the address you have indicated on the selected day at the end of the rental period. To do so, you must: 

1) Have the product properly packaged for when the logistics partner picks it up. To do so, you must keep the box in which the product is sent. 

2) Attach the label (which includes the return data and a barcode) that was inside the package when you received it. Once the box is properly closed, you must stick the new label over the old one on the outside of the box so that the delivery person can easily take it away.
